- CARD GUIDE Version 1.10 March 1994
-
- An informational source to aid in installing and setting
- up various types of IBM(TM) compatible I/O cards.
-
- Copyright (c) 1994 Kevin Noble, All Rights Reserved
-
- Card Guide is a collection of information about I/O cards that I have
- collected over a period of years. I have tried to concentrate my efforts
- on providing information on cards that are basically "no-name" (ie. not
- made by any stated company) as information for such cards is hard to come
- by and is free to distribute. To run the program with help files use CG.BAT
- or to run without help files use CARDG.EXE.
-
- If you feel the Card Guide is useful to you, and you wish to make a
- donation to the author you are encouraged to do so. Anyone who donates
- $20.00 or more will be sent the latest registered version of the Card Guide
- (see details below). I also will accept any donations of information on
- "no-name" cards you may want to include in the Card Guide.
-
- Send any donations to:

-
- There are a couple different ways you can go about helping to improve
- Card Guide. If you provide information on a card (that I do not already
- have in the guide of course) you can reduce the donation amount.
- The details are as follows:
-
- $20.00 - Straight donation - I will mail you a disk with the registered
- version of the Card Guide. Registered version contains additional features
- and enhancements as well as info on more cards.
-
- $10.00 - Fee for those who send info on one or more cards (please use card
- info sheet below). You will be sent the registered version of the guide
- and save $5.00 for your efforts.
-
- Info - If you cannot afford to donate, but would still like to see the Card
- Guide improved, you can donate info on cards. I cannot afford to send you
- a copy of Card Guide for this price but any info donated will be added to
- the guide.
-
-
- (Please print off the order.frm file which you can use to order the Card
- Guide)
-
- The latest version of the card guide will include any info on new cards
- I have received as well as any enhancements I make to the program. If this
- product is supported other enhancements such as a detailed card specific
- installation tutorials and integrated utilities may be added.
-
- Although I have taken steps to ensure that as much of the information
- contained in the Card Guide is as correct and complete as possible,
- the information provided should be used at the user's own risk. I cannot
- be held responsible for damages incurred because of faulty info, misuse or
- incompetence in setting up hardware.
-
- MOUSE AND KEYBOARD INFO
-
- The mouse, keyboard and hot keys can be used to select items from the main
- menu and sub menu screens. In the diagram screens, printing and exporting
- choices can be selected by using pulldown menus.
